Open Positions

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Day Program Coordinator to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in accessing and participating in community and facility-based activities.
The Day Program Coordinator will work closely with participants to promote independence, develop social skills, and enhance their overall quality of life. We welcome and encourage individuals with disabilities to apply for this position. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the application and employment process to ensure equal opportunity.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are available for shifts on Tuesdays through Thursdays, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Requirements and preferences:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow directions and implement support plans.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, or the ability to utilize public transportation or other alternative transportation methods.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and transfer individuals, if necessary (training will be provided on proper lifting techniques).
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
