Our team partners with participants to develop personalized goals, including physical, practical, and self-care skills, as well as job readiness and career prep, individualizing each step to move towards independence.
Highly Qualified Staff Work Side By Side With Specialists
Led by Iris Jones (who holds a master’s in Educational Psychology with a background in behavioral therapy) and Melanie Harvell (with a bachelor’s in Psychology), our warm, experienced team welcomes outside case workers. This includes registered behavior technicians, speech therapists, and occupational therapists who work 1:1 with our participants and attend the day program alongside them.

We create a welcoming, structured environment outside of the home, where our participants can practice working outside their comfort zone, while staying safe and supported, and make new social connections beyond their close family circle.
A Safe, Clean Environment For Your Peace Of Mind
The well-being of our participants is paramount. Our accessible facilities accommodate all, with safety features, including CPR-certified staff to reassure families and loved ones. Equipment and surfaces are regularly sanitized to protect staff and clients alike.
