All self-pay services are customizable to fit your needs or those of your loved one. Services can be in person, online, or a combination of both.
Please note that all self-pay services require 8 hours per month of time and financial commitment.

These services allow our clients to thrive in the workplace! We support our clients applying for jobs, maintaining jobs, and advancing in their careers.
These services allow the client to engage in community activities- volunteering, recreation, and leisure activities are all examples of what this service could look like.
These services focus on building skills for independence. They can include budgeting, home living skills, and more.
These services assist the families in understanding various topics regarding people with disabilities. These include home living consultations, disability education, ECF walk-throughs, and more.
Merging Happiness & Inclusions builds connections with organizations and workplaces based on each individuals interests to create experiences to transfer to individualized integrated employment.
Activities include observation of person in familiar places and activities, interviews with family, friends and others who know the person well, observation of the person in an unfamiliar place and activity, identification of the person’s strong interests and existing strengths and skills that are transferable to individualized integrated employment or self-employment.
Activities to identify a person’s specific interests and aptitudes for paid work, including experience and skills transferable to individualized integrated employment or self-employment.
Work experiences and learning experiences, including volunteer opportunities, where a person can develop general strengths and skills that contribute to employability in individualized integrated employment or self-employment
Observation and assessment of an individual’s interpersonal skills, work habits and vocational skills through practical experiential, community integrated volunteer experiences and/or paid individualized, integrated work experiences that are uniquely arranged and specifically related to the interests, preferences and transferable skills of the job seeker.
Merging Happiness & inclusion helps the individual build a career based on their interests. We are able to help each client through every step of the way from their job search to retaining employment.
JDP: Designed to create a clear and detailed plan for Job Development or for the start-up phase of Self-Employment
JDSU: Support to obtain an individualized competitive or customized job in an integrated employment setting in the general workforce, for which an individual is compensated at or above the minimum wage.
For persons currently engaged in individualized integrated employment or self-employment who wish to obtain a promotion and/or a second individualized integrated employment or self-employment opportunity.
Includes identifying, through job analysis, and providing services and supports that assist the individual in maintaining individualized integrated employment or self-employment.
Vocational Rehabilitation serves two groups: 1) Tennesseans with disabilities, including middle and high school age students, who are ready to prepare for independence through employment and 2) Tennessee business owners, leaders, and operators who are ready to elevate their business(es) into workspaces that welcome customers and workers with disabilities.
Inclusive Workplaces value the individual differences of employees. It is an attitude of welcoming and accepting people with different backgrounds, opinions, and abilities.
